About this role
The Maintenance Manager at Campbell’s leads the plant maintenance organization for a high-speed food manufacturing facility, supporting site goals for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role is responsible for managing a team of about 40 across multiple production lines and driving reliability, asset care, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position reports to the Director, Site Operations and supports long-term maintenance and capital planning.
