About this role
The Maintenance Manager will direct reliability and maintenance activities for the entire plant to ensure maximum operational potential. The role oversees maintenance business management, materials (MRO), preventive/predictive and corrective maintenance programs, and coordinates maintenance-related capital projects with engineering. This position is responsible for developing departmental budgets, CMMS usage, and driving equipment and process reliability.
