Maintenance Manager

This role is responsible for managing the site's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), preventive maintenance program, and reliability initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, safety, and cost performance. The position involves developing and improving preventive and predictive maintenance programs while collaborating with the Corporate Continuous Reliability Improvement Team to implement best practices and root cause corrective actions. The ideal candidate will have extensive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment and strong knowledge of industrial systems and reliability practices.
