Maintenance Manager

This role is responsible for effectively managing all maintenance functions within budget to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for residents, employees, and visitors. The position involves overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, managing supplies and equipment, and ensuring compliance with all safety policies and procedures. The Maintenance Manager also assists in budget planning, staff training, and coordinating with consultants and executive leadership to maintain facility operations.
