Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager leads the maintenance and facilities function at IPSY's automated fulfillment center in Belton, Missouri, ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of conveyance systems, material-handling equipment, and building infrastructure. This hands-on leadership role involves managing the maintenance team, developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and coordinating with operations and engineering departments to minimize downtime. The position requires on-site presence and the ability to cover all shifts as needed.
