Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager leads and develops the maintenance team to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment, utilities, and facility assets. This role partners with cross-functional teams to support production goals, resolve equipment issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives through preventive maintenance programs and capital project execution. The position oversees department budgets, monitors key performance indicators, and serves as a liaison between Maintenance and Engineering to coordinate contractor activities and strategic maintenance initiatives.
