Maintenance Manager

This role leads the strategy, talent, and day-to-day execution of the largest maintenance organization in ADM's Specialty Ingredients network, overseeing mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical maintenance at the Decatur Protein facility. The position is responsible for safety, reliability, and cost performance for a high-throughput site, while mentoring leadership teams and representing maintenance functions at both plant and corporate levels. It serves as a benchmark for other ADM sites and offers a pipeline for future growth into regional or plant superintendent roles.
