Maintenance Manager

This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of Metro-owned facilities, grounds, and related systems. The position manages preventive and corrective maintenance programs, work planning, asset condition, contractors, projects, and budgets to support safe and cost-effective transit operations. The incumbent oversees facility and asset-condition inspections, develops maintenance plans, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
