Maintenance Manager

This role manages and coordinates skilled maintenance workers to maintain and repair plant equipment, structures, and utility systems while ensuring product quality and adherence to standards. The position is responsible for meeting manufacturing profit and loss goals, overseeing preventive maintenance, and directing capital projects within budget constraints. The incumbent also ensures compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards such as FDA, AIB, and OSHA.
