Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager leads the plant's maintenance and equipment reliability function, emphasizing engineering-driven problem solving over reactive repair. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, root cause failure analysis, and designing specifications to eliminate recurring equipment problems on Hydromat rotary transfer machines, CNC equipment, and plant infrastructure. The position requires building and owning a preventive/predictive maintenance program, leading the maintenance team, and partnering with Process Engineering and Operations to ensure equipment capability, safety, and availability.
