Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd Shift - Protein Conversion

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the primary maintenance and repair of all equipment in the Protein Conversion Plant. This role involves constructing, maintaining, and testing mechanical equipment, interpreting drawings, and performing preventative maintenance to ensure operational efficiency. The position requires a strong background in industrial maintenance, mechanical and electrical skills, and the ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
