Maintenance Mechanic 3 – HVAC Technician

This full-time permanent position supports the Facilities Services Department by performing maintenance, repair, and construction of HVAC systems, hydronic piping, and building automation controls across Clark College campuses. The role involves troubleshooting equipment, programming BAS systems, and responding to emergency calls while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
