Installs, inspects, repairs, and replaces pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures to maintain heating, water, gas, and drainage systems within a healthcare facility. Performs general trade work with minimal supervision and supports operation of major building systems. Works as part of the facility operations team to ensure safe, reliable plant and infrastructure performance.
