Maintenance Mechanic III

The Maintenance Mechanic III is responsible for operating and maintaining the facility’s heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems, performing preventative maintenance, and completing repairs and work orders efficiently. This on‑site role ensures safety compliance, coordinates with vendors, and keeps the building and grounds clean and functional.
