Maintenance Mechanic Level 1

The Maintenance Mechanic Level 1 is responsible for ensuring production equipment operates at maximum uptime through maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of citrus juice, oil, and utility systems. This 2nd shift position requires strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work on control circuits, motor control circuits, and VFDs. The role involves performing preventive maintenance, fabricating parts, and assisting with equipment installations while adhering to strict food safety and safety protocols.
