Maintenance Mechanic

This role involves performing preventive maintenance, operational functions, and minor repairs to building and utility electrical and mechanical systems, with a primary focus on Industrial/Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration repair. Reports to a Building Maintenance Foreman and assists skilled journeymen in maintaining complex facility infrastructure while adhering to strict safety and security protocols.
