About this role

The role performs general and preventative maintenance on blow‑mold and injection equipment, as well as auxiliary and plant support systems. The incumbent applies mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge to troubleshoot, repair, and optimize equipment to minimize downtime and ensure product quality. The position reports to the Maintenance Manager and requires heavy physical work, shift flexibility, and the use of personal protective equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on blow‑mold and injection equipment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic circuits
Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics
Install, replace, and program PLCs, motors, relays, and starters
Enforce safety standards and use required personal protective equipment
