Maintenance Mechanic

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for executing assigned maintenance tasks, including performing full breakdowns and rebuilds of production equipment as well as conducting preventative maintenance. This role ensures continuous production operations by minimizing downtime and maintaining dairy processing equipment in a food-grade environment. The position requires troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automated systems while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining detailed maintenance records.
