Maintenance Operations Lead

This role leads all aspects of maintenance operations across NCC premises in Saudi Arabia, ensuring policies are followed, tasks are completed efficiently, and downtime is minimized while maintaining safe work practices. The position involves developing maintenance policies, conducting inspections, managing preventative and corrective maintenance plans, and supervising the implementation of maintenance projects. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring compliance with maintenance regulators and CBAHI requirements while overseeing facility maintenance for clinics, satellite labs, and provider labs.
