Maintenance Operative

The Maintenance Operative will communicate with residents, families, colleagues, and contractors, and coordinate contractor visits to ensure work meets quality standards. This position requires practical experience in minor repairs, basic plumbing, and DIY, along with a valid driving licence and access to transport.
