Maintenance Pipefitter

The Maintenance Pipefitter is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on building HVAC equipment, methane exhaust blower systems, chillers, cooling towers, and duel-fuel boilers. The role involves monitoring and controlling the central utility plant, managing water chemistry, and responding to system malfunctions and occupant complaints. The position requires conducting building rounds, inspections, and working flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
