Maintenance Planner / Scheduler

The Maintenance Planner / Scheduler is responsible for planning, coordinating, and scheduling maintenance work to improve equipment reliability, maintenance productivity, and plant uptime. The role involves converting approved maintenance needs into complete, executable work packages and managing work priority, labor, parts, tools, contractors, and equipment availability. This position focuses on proactive planning several weeks in advance to maximize workforce productivity and minimize downtime.
