Maintenance Planner

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating fixed plant maintenance across the crushing, grinding, and flotation circuits at a copper processing plant. This role involves developing detailed job plans, managing maintenance backlogs, and coordinating labor, parts, and equipment downtime to ensure safe and efficient execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective work. The position supports mill availability, throughput, and copper recovery by applying strong troubleshooting skills and maintaining accurate maintenance records in the site ERP/CMMS.
