Maintenance Planner

The Maintenance Planner at Costa Farms is responsible for improving workforce productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through the planning and coordination of labor, parts, materials, and equipment access. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role ensures the life expectancy of equipment is extended, aiding in the reduction of maintenance costs and increased product output. The position involves planning, scheduling, and coordinating all plannable maintenance work within the facility while maintaining liaison between Operations and Maintenance.
