Maintenance Planner

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for developing short- and long-term maintenance schedules and leading safety and environmental compliance for hourly maintenance staff at the Austin, TX facility. This role involves coordinating preventive maintenance, managing work orders, and ensuring accurate planning and scheduling to prevent unplanned downtime. The position also requires supporting continuous improvement initiatives, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
