Maintenance Plumber

This role involves carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance duties, as well as multi-skilled maintenance works, within a large commercial building near Kings Cross, London. The position requires ensuring the upkeep of plant rooms and workshops, undertaking risk assessments, and collaborating with the maintenance team to deliver an effective service. Candidates must have experience with commercial plumbing systems, boilers, chillers, pumps, and HVAC systems, and be willing to participate in an out-of-hours rota.
