The Maintenance & Reliability Lead establishes and coordinates the maintenance management operating system and standard processes across Asphalt Materials, Inc.'s network of liquid asphalt production and terminal facilities. This foundational role focuses on assessing current-state conditions, driving CMMS adoption, developing spare parts strategies, and creating a phased improvement roadmap to transition toward ongoing standardization and optimization.
