Maintenance & Reliability Leader

This role leads the Maintenance & Reliability organization to ensure plant uptime, equipment life, and operational efficiency while developing multi-functional teams. The position involves implementing strategic M&R roadmaps, driving continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma, and managing budgets to deliver cost savings and reliability targets. The leader partners with cross-functional teams to uphold safety, quality, and manufacturing standards across the site.
