Maintenance Shift Supervisor

The Maintenance Shift Supervisor at VF Corporation will oversee a team of technicians, engineers and subcontractors at the Sint-Niklaas distribution centre, coordinating daily maintenance and repair activities. The role supports automated systems including the ASRS, contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, and promotes health, safety and environmental awareness across the site. The supervisor also handles administrative follow-up, work permits and reporting to the Maintenance & Facility Manager.
