The Maintenance Superintendent leads a team of Maintenance Supervisors to develop and implement preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs, aiming to minimize downtime and maximize plant performance. This role oversees safety, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with the Plant Engineer and utilizing SAP PM for data-driven decision making.
