Maintenance Superintendent

The Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for the preservation and upkeep of the property under the direct supervision of the Community Manager. This role involves ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, performing scheduled maintenance, and conducting repairs across apartment units, buildings, and common areas. The position requires maintaining accurate records, participating in emergency coverage, and providing training to colleagues when appropriate.
