Maintenance Supervisor – 3 Shift

The 3‑shift Maintenance Supervisor leads maintenance teams in installing, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on critical equipment across the plant, facilities, utilities, and powerhouse. This role ensures equipment reliability, coordinates maintenance scheduling with production, and drives performance through KPI tracking and compliance with regulations.
