Maintenance Supervisor – 3 Shifts

The Maintenance Supervisor leads teams of mechanics and electricians in predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance of critical equipment across the plant, facilities, utilities, and powerhouse. This role ensures timely scheduling, compliance with regulations, and development of KPIs to monitor equipment reliability and overall effectiveness, while fostering employee development and a positive work environment.
