Maintenance Supervisor - Electrical (Fixed-Term)

The Maintenance Supervisor - Electrical oversees the design, installation, and implementation of maintenance programs for swine and poultry farm facilities, systems, and equipment. This role manages preventive, corrective, and condition‑based maintenance activities, ensures optimal use of the SAP asset management system, and drives continuous improvement and cost‑effective operations. The supervisor also leads a team, coordinates with planners and contractors, and handles utilities monitoring and emergency electrical issues.
