Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical)

The Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical) oversees the design, installation, and implementation of maintenance programs for swine and poultry farm facilities, systems, and equipment. This role manages preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance, ensures optimal use of the SAP asset management system, and drives continuous improvement and utility efficiency. The supervisor also leads a team, coordinates with planners and contractors, and handles emergency electrical issues as needed.
