Maintenance Supervisor - Kenilworth

The Service Manager leads and delegates all maintenance requests, preventative maintenance procedures, and amenity area maintenance for the property. This position leads the maintenance team by being a mentor and a leader, while also being responsible for the curb appeal of the apartment community, maintaining inventory, and coordinating with vendors. The role works directly with the Community Manager on all aspects of the community and oversees the property to create a comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and associates.
