About this role
The role oversees and performs technical and mechanical maintenance to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. The position is responsible for executing work orders, preparing vacant units for leasing, managing vendors and inventory, and supporting preventative maintenance and safety compliance.
