Maintenance Supervisor

This role involves assisting with the management and preventive maintenance of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration at a hotel property. The incumbent will conduct equipment inspections, coordinate vendor proposals, and coach maintenance associates while ensuring operational efficiency. Reporting to leadership, this position also includes scheduling support and performing hands-on technician-level repairs as needed.
