Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor assists the Director of Maintenance in overseeing the upkeep of the physical plant, including building, grounds, and maintenance operations. This role coordinates refurbishments, repairs, landscaping, and waste removal while ensuring compliance with safety codes and managing inventory and budgets. The supervisor also maintains relationships with contractors, vendors, residents, and staff, and upholds company policies and training requirements.
