Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor leads and coaches a team of hourly associates responsible for maintaining distribution facility equipment, including conveyors, sortation systems, and other mechanical and electrical assets. The role oversees preventative and predictive maintenance programs, coordinates contractor work, and ensures safety, quality, and operational efficiency within a high‑technology distribution center.
