Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor performs general and higher‑level maintenance services—including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, and HVAC—responds to resident service requests, and participates in preventative maintenance tasks. The role requires on‑call availability, supervision of staff, and ensuring the property’s tools, equipment, and supplies are well maintained.
