Maintenance Supervisor

This hands-on role involves leading the planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities to ensure plant and equipment safety, reliability, and availability for production. The position requires close collaboration with site leaders, production teams, contractors, and Engineering to manage planned, reactive, and shutdown maintenance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee maintenance costs, asset reliability, and contractor coordination to reduce downtime and optimize maintenance practices.
