Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor leads all maintenance operations across ASD's residential properties, supervising a team of maintenance technicians and managing third-party contractors to ensure properties are safe, compliant, and well-maintained. This role is accountable for delivering high-quality maintenance services, protecting assets, controlling costs, managing inventory, and driving team performance to meet agency goals. The position ensures timely completion of maintenance work orders and apartment make-readies while adhering to budget guidelines and regulatory standards.
