Maintenance Supervisor

This role involves conducting maintenance training for other personnel, performing on-site basic repairs, and managing preventive maintenance tasks to ensure property readiness. The position requires availability for emergency maintenance calls and the ability to perform administrative duties related to maintenance requests and inventory.
