Maintenance Supervisor

This role leads the execution of maintenance and assigned projects within the plant, focusing on optimizing predictive preventive maintenance, spare parts, and scheduling to enhance Safety, Quality, and Reliability. The position involves managing the Preventive Maintenance program, overseeing equipment overhauls, and driving reliability-based Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. The incumbent supervises direct reports, manages the parts room, and ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards.
