Maintenance Supervisor

This role offers an experienced Mechanical Fitter the opportunity to step into a Supervisor-level position within a highly automated manufacturing facility in Banyo, Brisbane. The position involves spending approximately 70% of time hands-on maintaining and troubleshooting plant machinery while overseeing preventative maintenance schedules and equipment improvement projects. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance across the factory.
