Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor leads and manages all maintenance roles and processes on the 3rd shift at the Ripon, WI facility, focusing on reliability and continuous improvement. This role provides first-line supervision, technical assistance, and training for industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance technicians while executing unit goals and objectives. The position reports to the Maintenance Manager and ensures a safe, clean, and orderly work environment through effective leadership and performance management.
