The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all maintenance activities to ensure the reliability, safety, and availability of plant and mobile equipment in a heavy industrial environment. This role leads a skilled maintenance crew and external contractors to deliver planned, preventative, and corrective maintenance while minimizing downtime and controlling costs. The position requires strong technical expertise and leadership to support operational continuity and sustainability goals.
