Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all maintenance activities on their assigned shift to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of high-speed, highly automated can manufacturing equipment. This role leads and develops a team of Maintenance Technicians, coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment uptime and product quality. Success in this role requires strong technical and leadership skills, excellent communication, and a hands-on approach to problem solving.
