Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the general maintenance of the apartment community, including performing repairs, troubleshooting, apartment turnover, and preventative maintenance. This role involves collaborating with the Property Manager to ensure maintenance functions are performed properly and promptly while maintaining excellent curb appeal and resident satisfaction. The position requires a highly motivated individual with HVAC certification and a strong background in apartment maintenance to join a dynamic property management team.
